Under the Distance Selling Act you have the right to a 14-day withdrawal period when shopping online. In addition, Ur&Penn offers 30 days open purchase from the day of receipt.
Items are returned by post. You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after we receive and register the return.
Products must be complete and in their original packaging. You may open the packaging to inspect the item but should only use the product to the extent necessary for assessment.
If parts of a delivery are returned, the shipping fee will not be refunded. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned items.
Returns are accepted at all Ur&Penn stores. Bring your packing slip as proof of purchase.
