Ur&Penn offers several payment options through Svea Bank AB, including Swish, card, invoice and installments. A credit check is performed for invoice purchases. Invoice payment terms are 14 days.
The shipping cost for the chosen delivery method is displayed at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation via email and a notification when the package is shipped.
Under the Distance Selling Act you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day after you received the item. Return shipping costs 49 SEK. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products or engraved items.
Ur&Penn offers 30 days open purchase from the day of receipt. Items must be returned in unopened original packaging without use.
You have the right to file a complaint about a product for up to 3 years from the date of purchase for original defects. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
